Clopper Wizbang is a level 15 general goods vendor located in a turtle shell at the Bloodwash in the draenei territory of Bloodmyst Isle. He is affiliated with the Explorers' League, and is supposedly the first gnome to be so, even though other gnomes that are members already exist in Outland.[citation needed]
