The title of Champion of the Naaru is obtainable as of Patch 2.3.0 to players who complete, or have completed, the quests to obtain 
[The Tempest Key] as well as the Serpentshrine Cavern attunement.
Unlike some titles, this will appear after the player's name, so it will look like this:
