Champion's Battlearmor is a Horde six piece PvP-Rare Warrior set. Various pieces are available for purchase in the Hall of Legends, Orgrimmar. This set replaces Champion's Battlegear; which is no longer available, however items from either set contribute toward the set bonuses of both sets.
As of Patch 2.0.1, these items no longer require a specific rank to earn. Players can buy these items buy spending a combination of honor points and battleground marks.
