Brother Crowley is a level 44 quest giver located in the Cathedral of Light in Cathedral Square, in the human city of Stormwind. He is affiliated with the Scarlet Crusade.
Brother Crowley appears to be a priest on a pilgrimage. He instructs adventurers of the Alliance to seek out his collegue Brother Anton in Nijel's Point, Desolace, to be of further service to the Scarlet Crusade.
Given the Alliance's position on the Scarlet Crusade, it is not certain whether or not Stormwind City Cathedral authorities know where Brother Crowley's loyalties ultimately lie.
