Bloodlust is a PvP Battlegroup.
PvP Battlegroups are collections of World of Warcraft realms which share a common "pool" of players when competing in arena events. When you enter a Battleground queue, you will join players from other realms in your Battlegroup. The makeup of the battlegroupss are subject to change, the current North American and Oceanic World of Warcraft Battlegroup realms can be seen *here.

Bloodlust is defined as "a strong desire for bloodshed."
Bloodlust is a spell that increases a creature's size, strength, and attack speed. Was in Warcraft II and III.
A version of Bloodlust will be introduced with the expansion for shamans. Although the spell will only be for Horde shaman, the Alliance shaman will be able to learn a skill called 
[Heroism], which has the exact same effect.
