It costs one 
[Darkmoon Game Token] to be launched from the Blastenheimer 5000 Ultra Cannon.
When launched, you are given a flight buff that sends you north across the faire to the edge of the island, where a target sits on the water. You also are put into the darkmoon variant on the vehicle interface with one option, which cancels your flight buff.
You score a bullseye if you manage to land exactly in the center of the target ring.
WARNING: Do not have 
[Levitate] or 
[Slow Fall] active under any circumstances while you are inside the cannon, or you will overshoot the target!
