Benediction is a talent in the Retribution tree, you will need to spend 5 points in Retribution to max it.
Notes
This talent is a "must have" for retadins as it will reduce the mana cost of seal and judgement, the base of DPS. It's a very good talent to preserve mana in a boss fight.
