Engineering cloak tinkers
I went to redact the 4.0.1 Undocumented Change to the engineering cloak tinkers, only to realize I had anti-verified the change in patch 4.0.1a. So it appears what I found was less an error in undocumented 4.0.1 changes and more likely a reversion of the 4.0.1 change. However, we could use some proof that, prior to 4.0.1a, the cloak tinkers did not indeed grant spell power or agility. We could also use proof, for and against, that other cloak enhancements work with the cloak tinkers. And while we're at it, we might as well verify that other enhancements can be used with the Nitro (boot) Boosts, which have been verified as no longer granting crit rating.
