Battlescar Spire is a ledge located in the mountains south of Jotunheim in Icecrown. [28.7, 52.4]
According to The Bone Witch, "It is a place of reverence for the vrykul, second only to Valhalas in terms of where they prefer to do honorable combat."
It is also where 
[80 Group] Not-So-Honorable Combat takes place.
