Kruban Darkblade is a wandering level 30 quest giver located in the Valley of Strength in the orcish city of Orgrimmar. He may be related to Gruul Darkblade.
He starts the quest

Note
He is only available the week before Darkmoon Faire is set up in Mulgore, and during the fair.
Patch 4.0.3 due to Ogrimmar redesign, he is now pathing underneath the new ramp in Ogrimmar and therefore cannot get the quest. (You can /target and add a raid target icon to him).
