Royce Duskwhisper is Night Elf at the Shrine of Goldrinn. He sends Kristoff Manheim into an ogre cave for the 
[Eye of Twilight]. Royce values fury, resolve he sees in Goldrinn. However this seems to have made him callus to life, as seen when he hears of Kristoff survival, Royce admits it was a suicide mission, and if Kristoff is alive that means he failed.
