Bael'Gar is a level 52 elite fire giant mini-boss found in Blackrock Depths at one end of the Dark Iron Highway. Cyrus Therepentous wants Bael'gar's fiery essence.

Powerful melee attack against a target of comparable level
Magma Splash - Deals a moderate amount of initial fire damage and some fire damage over 30 sec.
Summon Lava Spawn - Occurs at 20% life intervals, producing a total of 4 Lava Spawns. Lava Spawns have a slow, melee fire attack. This attack does not become resisted by higher levels.
