Hello! I'm JordanTH. I probably won't do a whole lot on this wiki, but I'll still make the occasional change.
The first Blizzard game I ever owned was Warcraft III: Reign of Chaos, which I played a lot. Although, I could never get past the Silvermoon levels in the Undead campaign, mainly because I sucked at RTS games. Fast forward several years to 2008, when I received a boxset of World of Warcraft and The Burning Crusade for Christmas (getting Wrath of the Lich King several days later), after I had been begging my parents for several months.
This also had the side-effect of getting my Dad into World of Warcraft as well, when he used my account to use Recruit-A-Friend on himself, to see what all the fuss was about. He now plays way more then I do and is an Officer in his guild (and was even Guild Master for a while).
But anyway.
I originally started out with a HumanWarrior, but after screwing around and getting about 18 free levels out of the "Grant a Level" function and suddenly realizing I no longer knew how to play my character or where to go, I started a new character, this time a DwarfPaladin, and swore that they would be my new main.
Let me just say: this was probably the best thing to happen to me. If I had stuck with my generic Human as a main, bleh. That would have been boring and I likely would have stayed a noob forever anyway.
But Grothem, my new main, has become tons of fun to play. I'm currently in Northrend, trying to get to level 80 as fast as I can so I can hurry off to Cataclysm. Due to my nature though, I often find myself distracted from this task by Achievements or alts. But what can I say, they are fun!
Hopefully, I'll eventually reach level 85, and will start raiding. But hey, only 10 levels to go (at the time of writing), so I just might make it there before the next expansion comes out! ;)
