The recipe for this item is taught by [Schematic: Arcanite Dragonling]. The only known source for this schematic are the Cobalt Mageweavers in Mazthoril, in Winterspring.
Notes
As of Patch 2.4, the Engineering combat pets no longer scale with the user's Engineering skill. An Arcanite Dragonling will always be a Level 60 creature. In partial compensation, the cooldown time was reduced. [1]
