Kala'ma is a troll hunter who has been put in charge to train new raptor mounts for the Horde. After he got beaten up by the raptors, he hires other adventurers to do this task. He also has a rather severe speech impediment as a result from the attack: he can't pronounce the letters 'r' and 'l' any more, but says 'w' instead.

He's also a bit forgetful, after he shrunk raptors using voodoo, he can't remember how to undo the spell.
