Arcane Brilliance is a very long-lasting intellect buff that affects your entire party at once.

No Talents affect this spell.

There is a minimum level for this spell, it will only affect party members level 51 or above.
Requires a Reagent: Arcane Powder. Can be purchased at any reagent vendor for 10.

The mana cost is not a typo, this spell is very, very expensive, mana-wise. If you strip all the intellect and mana adding gear off level 60 mages, most can't even cast it! Fortunately, very few mages run around naked. The one hour duration, combined with the fact that you don't have to carefully stagger castings of [Arcane Intellect], makes this spell very worthwhile.
