The Darkest Hour
One year has passed since the fall of the new Lich King, Bolvar Fordragon. Many triumphs and tragedies have passed. The Scourge has been utterly decimated from the face of Azeroth, with only a few holds left on the Plaguelands and Northrend. The Forsaken have begun to rebel against Garrosh Hellscream, and attack towns with their destructive Forsaken Plague mercilessly. As the rift to the Emerald Dream in the Maelstrom is about to be healed, once more the spell in interrupted. As the channeling awoke a great behemoth in the depths of the Nether, the beast opened a hole in the Rift of Aln, causing its less-than-savory corruption to spill into Azeroth. As this magic further awakens the behemoth, known as Sargeras, the Dark Titan, the Burning Legion prepare a new strike against Azeroth. As the hand of Sargeras bursts from the Maelstrom into Azeroth, bringing with it a rift to the Legion's stronghold, Argus, and a new, vast array of demons, the drums echo once again. The Fourth War has begun.

THIS SECTION IS UNDER SERIOUS CONSTRUCTION. The Pandaren have been a peaceful and quiet race in the fight of Azeroth. They have aided the Alliance and the Horde in many ways. From selling and buying brews to helping people like Rexxar slay demons, they have been excellent ally and a friendly race. Recently, a pandaren brewmaster journeying in central Northrend was selling a glass of Wounded Warrior Whiskey to a troll, when the troll spoke of the Dark Portal. Curious, the brewmaster asked about the Portal, and the troll told him all about Outland and Illidan Stormrage. The brewmaster was surprised at these stories and headed back to Pandaria. The brewmaster returned two months later, and told the city of Outland and Illidan. Unfortunately a traiterous gang of trolls followed the pandaren and attacked their homeland of Pandaria. They then thought poorly of the Horde and stood up to the Alliance. Their brewmasters now carry sharpened swords to fight if necessary. They are still a peaceful race, but they will fight the Horde if they must. The combat teacher of the pandaren, Shang-Ki, has recently been dubbed the leader of the pandaren city. His whole name is now Master Shang-Ki. He uses his wooden training sword to teach his novices, and uses his hand-made machette to engage in real combat. His favored ale is called Hong's Bravery Brew. He owns a crossbow called [Shang-Ki's Crossbow], which is a pandaren-styled crossbow. He uses it to hunt and fight. It fires a sharp arrow that, when hits, will shoot right through the target. The pandaren geomancers have seen visions of The Emerald Dream being sabatoged by the Nightmare. Now the Emerald Nightmare has found a way into Azeroth, and has darkened the skies and drawn attention the Burning Legion's attention. The Legion has now come to Azeroth, seeing that the Nightmare has struck fear into its races, and they have planned their final battle to conquer Azeroth forever. The pandaren have seen the visions many times and have stepped up to the call of the final war with the Burning Legion...

The Ogres have been a violent race ever since they stepped through the Dark Portal. They have scattered throughout Azeroth, some becoming infamous. Now, a tribe of ogres who live in an enclave of the Stonetalon Mountains, have fallen under attack by Garrosh Hellscream and his army, thirsty for power. After a series of devastating battles, they have finally fallen to the might of the Horde. Their gronn ruler, Maugrimn the Destroyer, self-proclaimed Successor of Gruul, has sworn his ogres' loyalty to the Horde. Sent by Hellscream to enslave the Barkskin furbolgs of Hyjal, a select legion of warriors, led by Maugrimn, travels through the Barrow Deeps to Barkskin Hold, which lies miles outside of Hyjal, tucked secretly into a mountainside...
