Algernon is a level 30 alchemy vendor located in the Apothecarium in the Forsaken's Undercity.
His name is a reference to the white mouse named Algernon from a short story in literature called "Flowers for Algernon". To clearly cement the reference, Algernon holds a bouquet in his hand.
