Aldor Rise

The Aldor are a Burning Crusade faction, found primarily in Shattrath City and Shadowmoon Valley. They are an ancient order of Draenei priests, once led by the prophet Velen, now led by High Priestess Ishanah. The Aldor are at odds with the Scryers, though both factions are dedicated to assisting the group of Naaru known as the Sha'tar in their fight against the Burning Legion.

Reputation

For help picking between Aldor or Scryers see Comparison of Aldor and Scryer rewards

There is a repeatable quest available in the Lower City to gain reputation with the Aldor, even if the current standing with them is below neutral. You gain 250 reputation with the Aldor, and lose 275 reputation with the Scryers. Once you become neutral with the Aldor you can no longer do the quest.

Turning in 10 Mark of Kil'Jaeden[1] to the NPC Adyen the Lightwarden in the Aldor Rise will grant you 250 reputation with Aldor, and lose 275 with the Scryers. These drop from low ranking Burning Legion members located all over Outland. Good farming locations are the two camps north of Auchindoun in the Bone Wastes of Terrokar Forest. This repeatable quest stops at honored, approx 200 Mark of Kil'Jaeden[2] are needed in order to go from friendly to honored.

Once you've hit 68th level you can also turn in Spell shadow demonicfortitude [Mark of Sargeras][3] which drop from higher level demons (Approx 68+). Good farming locations can be found all over Blade's Edge Mountains, in Netherstorm, and Shadowmoon Valley.

Turning in N [15-30] Fel Armaments[4] to High Priestess Ishanah inside Shrine of Unending Light also on the Aldor Rise will increase your reputation with Aldor by 350 per hand-in and decrease your reputation with the Scryers. You will also receive Inv misc dust 06 [Holy Dust], which can be used to purchase Inscriptions (shoulder enchants) in the Aldor bank.
