Al'tabim the All-Seeing is a member of the Zandalar Tribe of Trolls who live on Yojamba Isle in northwestern Stranglethorn Vale. Magess, Priests and Warlocks can turn in Paragons of Power to Al'tabim in exchange for special armor made by the tribe.
