Al'tabim the All-Seeing

Al'tabim the All-Seeing is a level 60 quest giver located on Yojamba Isle in the contested territory of Stranglethorn Vale. He is a member of the Zandalar Tribe. Mages, priests and warlocks can turn in Paragons of Power to Jin'rokh in exchange for special armor made by the tribe.
