The Washed-Up Mage is a simple Dalaran Mage that appears to have hit on some hard times. He is located in The Underbelly of Dalaran, and can be found there sleeping in a culvert behind a sewer grate.

He is the start and finish of a quest which will reward you with the cooking recipe for [Kungaloosh].
