Sets the text to be displayed in the FontString.
fontString:SetText(text)
Arguments[]
- text
- string - The text to be displayed.
Details[]
- FontString has a limit of ~4000 chars.[citation needed]
- The font must be set before showing text.
- The text may be formatted using UI Escape Sequences.
