Кодои (жарг: коды) - Звери гигантских размеров, собранные Ордой с равнин Калимдора. Множество зверей снаряжены орком и двумя боевыми барабанами, усиливающими дух орков. Большие кодой - незаменимый юнит Орды, невероятной силы, которая, к сожалению, никак не используется в Warcraft II.
Обычно, кодои имеют "незащищённый" тип защиты, что значит, что у кодоев имеется лишь одна единица защиты. "Незащищённый" тип защиты сделан для того, чтобы кодои не были сильной "имбой" для игрока, играющего за орков
Используйте кодоев с умом, ведь они могут быстро умереть из-за малой скорости и низкой защиты, например используйте способность "Проглотить" на таких мощных юнитах противника, как: Таурены, Мясники, и Рыцари. Большая группа кодоев, вместе с бугаями очень сильно способствует использованию тактики "бей и убегай". Однако, часто, игроки, играющие за Орду нанимают одного, или, возможно двух кодоев для своей армии. Кодои очень полезны(сколько раз я это повторил?) в командном бою, а также, нанести урон многочисленной армии.
Когда кодои используют способность "Проглотить" на юните, в поле зрения кодоя, to the owner (enemy player) of the unit Devoured until the unit inside the Kodo Beast is fully Devoured.
Do not Devour creeps that drop items.

The description is very similar to the one of Battle.net but it's in present tense in some points and adds more detials.
The colossal kodo beasts of the Kalimdor plains are valued allies of the orcish horde. The mighty beasts were charged with carrying the orcs’ pounding war drums into battle. The huge kodos, serving as symbols of orcish might and valor, also use their enormous size and strength to scatter enemy forces. When enraged, kodos are fond of devouring their enemies whole.
