Scroll

A scroll is an item that must be read in order to be used. Most scrolls have some sort of buff effect that applies to the selected target, but some just have a message.

Scroll buffs do not stack with player buffs that affect the same stat.

Players with the Inscription profession are able to create their own scrolls using Ink and Parchment.
