Weapon Types: Sword, Mace, Axe, Staff, Polearm, Spear, Dagger, Fist Weapon, Fishing Pole Upgrades: Enchantments, Counterweights, Weapon Chains, Fishing Line (fishing pole only) Can hold Main Hand, One-Hand or Two-Hand weapon. If Two-Hand weapon is equipped, Off-hand slot must be empty.

Off-Hand (One-Hand/Two-Hand)

Off-hand items category

Weapon Types: Sword, Mace, Axe, Dagger, Fist Weapon, Shield, Held In Off-hand Upgrades: Enchantments, Counterweights, Weapon Chains, Shield Spike Can hold Off Hand or One-Hand weapon as well as Shield or Held In Off-hand item. If Two-Hand weapon is equipped in Main hand slot, this slot must be empty.

Ranged/Relic

Weapon Types (Ranged): Wand, Bow, Crossbow, Thrown, Gun Weapon Types (Relic): Libram, Totem, Idol, Sigil (worn in Ranged slot) Hybrid classes (Druid,Paladin,Shaman,Death Knight) have Relic slots, others have Ranged. Note, the general achievements called "Superior" and "Epic" say Ranged for all classes. Upgrades: Scopes (Guns, Bows and Crossbows only)

Ammo

Ammo items category

Ammo Types: Arrows, Bullets Upgrades: None Unlike all other slots, this one doesn't hold the item itself but rather the link to one or more stacks of ammo type items held in the players bags.
